The company was established in 1984 to provide corporate and trust services to both private and corporate investors using the offshore legislation enacted in 1982 in Antigua and Barbuda. It continues to manage the Group activities in shipping company incorporation and pleasure (yacht) registration.

The company was established and licenced by the Financial Services Regulatory Commission, Antigua's Regulatory Authority, on March 13, 2007. It is the principle company of the Group and manages the Group's activities in company formation and management services, as well as trust and financial management services.

The offices of the Group Companies are located at Woods Centre on Friars Hill Road in St. John's, Antigua.
