Registration of International Trusts

Antigua Management & Trust Company will provide its clients with the service of the preparation and registration of international trusts for asset protection, financial management and estate planning purposes.

These trusts will be established in Antigua under the International Trust Act of 2004 which will be updated and amended in early 2007 in order to improve its provisions and make this Trust Act one of the premier asset protection and wealth management legislations available.

Incorporation of IBC's, LLC’s and Foundations

Antigua Management & Trust Company will also provide its clients with the service of the incorporation and management of IBC's, LLC’s and Foundations which can assist clients in reducing their tax liability and civil liability exposure while still retaining their right of ownership.

The IBC's will be incorporated under the International Business Corporation Act of 1982 as Amended.

The LLC’s and Foundations will be established under the International Limited Liability Company Act and the Foundations Act to be enacted in early 2007.

Corporate Management & Accounting Services

As a by-product of the incorporation of IBC’s LLC’s, Trusts, Foundations and other entities, Antigua Management & Trust Company will provide corporate management and accounting services. The services to be offered are directorships through a third party corporate entity and accounting services to include payroll, general ledger and accounts receivable.

Shipping Company Incorporation and Pleasure Yacht Registration

Antigua Management & Trust Ltd. can form shipping companies (IBC’s) for its clients which can be used to register their personal pleasure yacht.

All of the above services will be based on an agreed upon fee scale depending on the complexity of the client's requirements.
